This year we were so happy to have Chad Michelle Travis and Derek all to ourselves for Christmas and for 2 whole weeks, but not as happy as Carissa was to see Travis. Through out the years we have watched Carissa and Travis’s love for each other blossom and grow deeper and deeper and despite the distance between them their bond continues to bind stronger and stronger! Now that two little ones have been added (Nate and Derek) both Big Kids are so willing to share that love! One of my favorite quotes from Travis who was assuming he was alone for only Nathan to hear was “I love you, Nate dogg”. Not even pictures can show how much fun and what great memories we made with them here (well maybe Michelles pics would do the visit justice since she’s so amazing at capturing moments) But here are a few that I will always cherish!
As soon as I saw this picture I was amazed at how a person walks can come from genetics! He is a perfect Chad impersonation!
All pictures are done by my very talented Hubby that is why there are no pictures of him, but he was there! And Michelle has taught him very well so I take back my statement these pictures show exactly how awesome our time was! Thanks Mich for rubbing off on David now I have my own personal photographer living with me ;-)
