De javu + kids and a whole new experience

So here we are different plot same scene and only in the amount of 2 days. Yes you heard that right I got to play at Disneyland twice in one week. It really wasn't planned that way but we were invited by a sweet friend and Carissa's favorite ballet teacher to join her and her son to go to the park with them on Monday. I was very excited since I knew if I told my kids where I was going on Saturday with Jen I would also have to explain why I neglected to take them. To make the day even better Nicole and Rebekah was hoping to find a day to go for Bekahs first time and the Lord worked it out that they could join us on our adventure!! Carissa was beside herself with excitement and Nathan had no clue what he was in store for! I just have to say it is such a blessing to have such great, caring friends that you can spend the day with, melt downs and all, and leave the park still with a ride home (Yes Nicole I am still ashamed for taking the place of the grouchy dwarf I love you for dealing with me with such grace)

The first part I believe was one of the best. We took the kids to a buffet breakfast where they got to meet many of their favorite Disney characters .....well........and not so favorite but still cool to meet! For the rest of the day we did everything the kids little hearts desired. Thank you so much Vanessa for giving us such a great opportunity to make great memories.

This face of Carissa's is due to mommy making her go on splash mountain we were just about to go down the big one! She was not happy can you tell? ;-)

A Birthday Celebration fit for kids celebrated by grown women!

I can't get enough of fun moments and girl talk with this one of a kind friend. She has been a great neighbor and because of what we have gone through together all I can say is that our friendship is stronger for it! This trip was one of those moments getting to share a day without kids to act like a kid! We had a blast and will be a memory that will last forever! Thank you dear friend for not only having a birthday that would provide an excuss to spend a whole day at disneyland but for the kind ear you lend, the tender shoulder that is always there, and the willing heart to love my family and I.
